1. Purpose
This document describes the governance structure of the Kaseya Insights Community
2. Community Roles
Participants
A Participant is anyone who interacts with the community in any manner. Participants are welcome and encouraged to contribute, even if just by taking part in discussions.
Contributors
A Contributor is anyone who submits a pull request, files a bug report, improves documentation, or otherwise actively contributes to the community. When contributing, Contributors agree to follow and be bound by the process found in the Contributing Guide.
Members
A Member is a Contributor who has been recognized by Kaseya for sustained, high-quality Contributions over time, as well as honesty and trustworthiness.
Kaseya and its Role
Kaseya is responsible for:
- Setting the project roadmap and technical direction of the community;
- Admitting and removing Members;
- Managing project infrastructure and resources;
- Resolving disputes that cannot be resolved through normal community discussion; and
- Fielding and resolving Issues and claims under the Code of Conduct.
