How to Void a Transaction in the BNG Gateway
Log in to the BNG Gateway.
Navigate to Transaction Reports.
Enter the required transaction information (such as date range, amount, or transaction ID).
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Submit.
Locate and select the transaction you want to void.
Click Void.
When prompted, click Void again to confirm.
Review the confirmation message to ensure the transaction was successfully voided.
Note: Depending on your payment processor, the time frame in which a transaction can be voided may vary.
