Navigation Changes To Get Backup Status For Users

To improve the usability of our product and align user experience across our portfolio, Spanning team is excited to introduce significant update in terms of checking backup statuses for your Google Workspace users.

A formerly known 'Status' page that was visible in the left menu, will no longer be available - it is being replaced with the complete Users list accessible from our left side menu and its 30-days backup status.

Current navigation UI

1. Once logged into your Spanning backup as administrator, protected users list is now available to display from left-side navigation menu.

2. To narrow down your results you can use search box, or variety of filters known from Manage License page.

3. You can just look at 30-days backup color-bar to understand the health of your users' backups.

4. You can click on any bar for problematic user and you will be redirected directly to a brand-new problems page with pre-filled date and user.

In addition that that there is a brand-new problems page on a domain level which incorporate all problems for domain and it is possible to just check a particular date to see if you got any problems on a specific date or filter by user.
