Kaseya’s self-guided implementations empower you with comprehensive resources, including in-product navigations, instructional videos, and live learning series. These tools ensure a seamless onboarding experience, enabling you to efficiently leverage Kaseya’s solutions at your own pace.
Below you can find the instruction on how to access the self guided content via your product, the ignite series, and the getting started documentation.

Before you begin, please make sure that you've received the license (typically sent to the ship to contact in the quote) and integrate the module into Kaseya One for SSO. If not possible, reach out to your Account Manager and Project Manager for assistance.

Tools Available

🖥️ In Product Walkthroughs & Videos 

• Within any module, you can access step-by-step onboarding any time from the Tasks  tab of your onboarding menu. The Tasks tab is available through the help icon OR the graduation cap icon, depending on the module:

• After you finish (100% complete) all your onboarding tours, the Tasks tab disappears after 90 days. To replay the self-guided onboarding, go to the Show me tab of your onboarding menu.

🎬 Kaseya Ignite Live Learning Series

• The Kaseya Ignite Live Learning Series offers you live onboarding walkthroughs and Q&A submissions followed by an opportunity to request for a Technical Account Review

📖 Getting Started Written Documentation

• The Getting Started documentation offers you the step-by-step best practice self-guided onboarding. You can access here or by going through the (?) icon on your respective product

📚 Kaseya University Certifications

Your subscription comes with access to free certification course in Kaseya University (KU) to help you learn even more about your new modules. This is available to every user accessing KU from KaseyaOne. Additional paid admin and expert certification offerings are available as well.

• Course assignment starts in KaseyaOne, where a KaseyaOne Master User needs to assign the KU courses to themselves and to users in their Company.
  • Navigate to Settings> User Management view.
  • Locate the user you want to assign courses to and click Edit (the pencil icon) next to the user.
  • In the Edit User windows that opens, click the Kaseya University Courses drop-down control and select the available modules.
• Paid Certification are available for purchase in the Kaseya Store
  • Available self-paced or instructor led.
