Navigate to Datto RMM Portal > Help > Submit a Support Ticket > 'Enable Support Access' > Click the 'Copy Support Access Details' button and paste those details into the field above.
Please indicate whether this request involves an appliance with FIPS Mode enabled. You can check if your appliance is FIPS-Enabled by navigating to your appliance's GUI > Select the "(?)" icon > Click on "About" > Reference the "FIPS Mode" value.
Navigate to your appliance's GUI > Select the (?) icon > select Open Support Tunnel. As a security best practice, we recommend changing to a temporary root OS password before you share the root login credentials with us.
