Enables KaseyaOne integration
Enable Kaseya One Integration (Applicable only for the MSP-admin)
As an MSP admin you can decide if you want to enable the KaseyaOne integration for your MSP users. To enable the integration for your users, follow the following steps:
- Log in to Graphus using your Graphus Credentials.
- In the portal, go to the KaseyaOne K icon which is in the right top corner of the page (next to your profile name)
- Enable the toggle "Log in with KaseyaOne" to activate the integration. This will enable your users to activate single sign-on with KaseyaOne. Once you click the Enable Log in with KaseyaOne toggle, the page will redirect you to the KaseyaOne login page to complete the activation.
Note: Once the KaseyaOne integration is enabled for the MSP account, all users will have the Enable Login with KaseyaOne in their profile (see section "User Mapping enabled with KaseyaOne: Enable Login with KaseyaOne" below)
- Fill in Your KaseyaOne credentials details: Username, Password, and Company Name on the KaseyaOne login page and click the Log In button.
- This step will store KaseyaOne app credentials for Kaseya One tenants locally in Graphus, and these credentials will be used for further communication with the KaseyaOne.
Note: Scenario 1: When you forgot and want to reset your password, click Forgot Password. Then the page will redirect you to Forgot Password screen, where you must provide your Username and Company Name. A reset link will be sent to your email address.
- If 2FA is enabled, enter your 2FA code an authentication code will be sent to your authentication app. Fill in the authorization code for verification and click Verify button.
Once you are logged in, the window will automatically close, and you will be taken back to the Graphus portal and will see a success message.
User Mapping enabled with KaseyaOne: Enable Login with KaseyaOne
You and each user will have to map their local Graphus user account with their KaseyaOne user account by clicking Enable Login with KaseyaOne in the account profile.
Once you click Enable Login with KaseyaOne, the system redirects you to the KaseyaOne login page.
- Fill in the KaseyaOne credentials on the KaseyaOne Login page and click the Login button.
- Fill in the authorization code for verification and click Verify button.
- After successful mapping, the user will see a success message.
Log in with KaseyaOne
Once the user mapping is completed, Graphus users can log in to Graphus using their KaseyaOne credentials.
- On the Graphus login page, click the Login with KaseyaOne button.
- Fill in the valid KaseyaOne credentials: Username, Password, and Company Name, and click the Log In button.
- Fill in the authorization code for verification and click the Verify button.
- Then the user will be logged in to the Graphus portal with all Graphus local user authorities.
Disable KaseyaOne Login
- Log in to Graphus using your Graphus Credentials. Do not use Log in with KaseyaOne.
- In the portal, go to the KaseyaOne K icon which is in the right top corner of the page (next to your profile name)
- Disable the toggle button to deactivate login with KaseyaOne. This will disable your users from using single sign-on with KaseyaOne. Once you click the Disable Log in with KaseyaOne toggle, the page will redirect you to the KaseyaOne login page to apply the changes.
User Mapping disabled for KaseyaOne: Disable Log In with KaseyaOne
Each user has the option to disable Log in with KaseyaOne by deactivating the user mapping.
- In the portal, go to the top right corner of the page and open your profile menu.
- Click the option Disable Log in with KaseyaOne to deactivate your user mapping and single sign-on with KaseyaOne
- After successfully disabling the Login with KaseyaOne, you will see a success message.
Log out from Graphus.
- Log Out will redirect you to Login main screen. Go to Account » Log Out
- Note: Logging out from the application will clear the browser cache of any sensitive information stored.
To configure KaseyaOne, log back in with your usual Graphus credentials and click Log In with KaseyaOne.
