GRAPHUS-Kaseya One Integration Guide

MSP-Admin enables Kaseya One integration

  • MSP admin can decide whether they want to enable Kaseya One integration for their MSP account users.
  • MSP admin can Log in to Graphus Application using his Graphus Credentials.
  • On the MSP Administration page, click Authentication button on the side menu bar. You can see an option is available for MSP admin to enable Kaseya One integration for their MSP account.

Enable Kaseya One Integration (Applicable only for the MSP-admin)

  • Once Kaseya One integration is enabled for the MSP account by the MSP admin all the users of that MSP will have the “Enable Login with IT Complete” option available.
  • Click the Enable Kaseya One Integration, it will redirect the user to the Kaseya One login page.
  • Fill in the Kaseya One credentials details on the Kaseya One login page.
  • This step will store Kaseya One app credentials for Kaseya One tenants locally in Graphus, these credentials will be used for further communication with the Kaseya One.
  • Fill in the Kaseya One tenant admin credentials for app registration and click the login button.

  • Fill in the authorization code for verification and click Verify button.

  • After successfully Log in, you can see the App registration successful message.

Enable Login with IT Complete

Map your local Graphus user account with your Kaseya One user account by clicking "Enable Login with IT Complete" in your account profile.

Once you click Enable Login with IT Complete, the system redirects you to the Kaseya One login page.

  • Fill in the Kaseya One credentials on the Kaseya One Login page and click the Login button.

  • Fill in the authorization code for verification and click Verify button.

  • After successful mapping, the user will see the success message.

Login with IT Complete

Once user mapping is completed, Graphus users can log in to Graphus using Kaseya One credentials.

  • On Graphus login page, click the Login with IT Complete button and fill in the valid Kaseya One credentials.
  • Click the Login button.

  • Fill in the Username, Password, Company Name and click the "Log In" button.

  • Fill in the authorization code for verification and click Verify button.

  • Then the user will be logged in to Graphus application with all Graphus local user authorities.

Disable Login with IT Complete

Each user has the option to disable Login with IT Complete.

  • On the MSP Administration page, click Authentication button on the side menu bar. You can see an option is available for MSP admin to disable Login with IT Complete for their MSP account.
  • After successfully disabling the Login with IT Complete, you can see the successful message.
