The VSA 9.5.11b release (build 9.5.11.4396) includes enhancements and fixes described in the topics below. For minimum system and agent requirements, see these topics in the Kaseya R95 System Requirements Guide: Kaseya Server Minimum Requirements & Configuration and Agent Minimum Requirements.
This release requires agent version 9.5.0.32. Be sure to update your Windows, Mac, and Linux agents after installing this release. Agents updated to this version cannot be used to communicate with servers running VSA versions prior to 9.5.8.

Critical Security Updates & Information
This release contains important security updates. We recommend on-premises customers using AuthAnvil (Passly) for two-factor authentication (2FA) to VSA update as soon as possible.
(No action is required for SaaS customers as updates are automatically applied).
Enhancements
IT Complete
Access to IT Complete Single Sign-On integration no longer requires a license update. After installing this patch, any VSA customer with an IT Complete (Kaseya One) account can configure the integration as described here.
Bug Fixes
IT Complete
- Fixed an issue where an extra browser tab containing only the word Success! was opened when a user who is already authenticated to VSA clicks the link from the Kaseya One portal again.
