TRAINING PORTAL
Here we learn how to brand a Training Portal for your BullPhish account. Navigate to the left-side menu and select "Training Portal" under the "Training & Awareness" section.
While configuring your Portal, you have the option to set a unique domain, support URL, and company logo. These options allow you to make the Training Portal unique and specific to your organization. You can see the following components on the Training portal Administration page: Training Portal, User Login, Email Templates, and Quiz Settings.
Training Portal
- Domain and Support White labeling
- White-labeled Domain: The section allows you to set a unique Domain Name that redirects the target to your training portal. The domain will be used at the direct portal login and email link.
- Support URL or Email: You can set a support website or email address directly in the Portal. It is a recommended section.
Note: You will need to set up the domain and support white labeling section and save it before proceeding.
- Training Portal Language
- Training Portal Language: Click enabled to set the default language, i.e., US – Language.
- Portal Branding: Your Company Logo- Sets a 200px x 200px company logo to appear in the Training Portal. You can drag and drop the logo or click on the box to import an image onto Bullphish ID. Once the logo is added, please ensure to hit enable button so the logo can be viewed on the Login Page and a Portal Dashboard page.
- Login Page: Preview the login page your users see.
- Portal dashboard: Preview the dashboard page your users see.
Note: You ensure to hit the save button, and you have branded your training portal for your users to view.
USER LOGIN
- You can perform the following actions from the User Login page:
- You can toggle password login to have an extra layer of security for the training portal.
- Passwordless Login allows your users to access the training portal directly from an email invite – no credentials needed.
- You can perform the following actions from the Traditional Login page:
- Traditional logins require users to register for an account with a password and email. With both options, the user can only access your created Portal if they're a part of an active user group.
- You can also require 2FA for an added layer of security.
- If a user is successfully set up with an organization and group, they should access the Portal once assigned a training campaign.
EMAIL TEMPLATES
A training and awareness template is an email invitation that directs employees to a training landing page. These pages track the link to the landing page if clicked on.
