Problem Statement: Why am I unable to create an SMB user?
Solution: It could be for one of the following reasons. If your User limit is zero, you cannot allow any user to log into the BullPhish ID portal. To resolve this error, increase the user limit to >= 1.
Steps to add a new SMB user - Add User
1. Click + Add User.
2. Fill in the required details: First Name, Last Name, Email of the User
Permissions – From Account Type, you can select either Standard User or Privileged User
Standard User – Except for downloading reports, the SMB Standard user(s) have read-only access to each functionality of the BullPhish ID portal. These users can view campaign details, a list of available kits/ courses, etc.
Privileged User – SMB Privileged user(s) can create and manage content for their SMB organization. They can generate phishing/training campaigns, send profiles, targets, and groups for the SMB organization, see reports, create report automation, etc.
- You can enable Access to Phishing Simulation and Training Portal using the toggle action button.
- Click the Save button if you want to save only, or click the Save and Send Welcome Email to save and send a welcome message to the user.
- Why aren’t my users receiving a Welcome email?
- If you click Save and Send Welcome Email while adding an SMB user, the user would typically receive a welcome email. If SMB users do not receive Welcome emails, it might be one of the following reasons:
- The user email address you have provided is not correctly defined in the Email field. Ensure that the Save and Send Welcome Email button is clicked, or a welcome email will not be generated in any form.
- They have reached their SMB user limit. For example, if you already have one SMB user limit with one user created and want to create a second user and try to save or send a welcome email, the Add User modal remains unclosed.
- If you click Save and Send Welcome Email while adding an SMB user, the user would typically receive a welcome email. If SMB users do not receive Welcome emails, it might be one of the following reasons:
