When setting up Default Review templates sections, categories or questions can be labeled as Internal Use Only:
When working in a review, each question that was designated as Internal will have the letter "I" encased in an orange circle next to it. Also, when the vCIO is performing their portion of the review, items marked as Internal Use Only cannot be associated with a strategic finding. A legend appears under the list of sections and categories for that review:
By default, Internal Use Only data will not show up on reports but is intended for those particular items which have little relevancy to the client:
Note: Questions marked as Internal Use Only do not affect scoring.
