How is the Categories up for review Calculated?

On the home page, there is a reminder area for Categories up for review. This number is reflective of a category that has never been a part of a completed review OR the last review completed was more than the reminder threshold set in the Standards Library AND the review category is not part of a new or in-progress review.

For example, let's say our default set of standards contains 29 categories. When you create a client and then perform a review on that client for 20 of the 29 categories, the software will alert you that you have 9 categories that are now up for review. Even though you may have wanted to review only those 20 categories, we still want to alert you to the fact that some have yet to be reviewed.
