Data that has been added to the 'Why are we asking' field in the Standards Library is not showing up for past review data on client reports.
Changes to the Standards Library are not reflected in past or open reviews. Only Reviews that are created after the Standards Library is changed will show on client reports.
The workaround is to hide the 'Why are we asking' field from the Client Report by removing its check mark. Once you have completed reviews using the new Standard Library data you will no longer need to use this option. See also:
