Issue:
When I try to generate a report for a client it comes up blank, why is that?
Solution:
A report can only be generated for a review that has been completed and submitted by a vCIO. All of the scoring stems from the vCIO's answers to the question.
If the vCIO has completed their review and scoring still isn't showing make sure that the vCIO has submitted the review. If it is listed as vCIO in Progress, 100% of the review needs to be completed.
