Administrators can now customize just-in-time user provisioning for new and existing SAML SSO configurations in IT Glue. This reduces administrative costs in onboarding new users. In addition, it creates a seamless experience for new users as they will automatically have access to IT Glue documentation to quickly onboard when they log in through their SSO application.
