We hate to see you go! However, if you decide that you must end your service with Spanning, there are a few things to note:
1. If you are a credit card customer, you can disable your auto-renew feature within the Billing Summary page of your License Manager. See this Knowledge Base article for details on how to use the Billing Summary page.
2. If you are an invoice or auto-invoice customer, please contact sales@spanning.com, and they will be able to sort out your account.
