Spanning Backup for Google Workspace includes a RESTful API which allows you to manage the licensing on the account and also export the user account data that's been backed up through Spanning Backup.

Here's how to enable API access for your Spanning Backup domain account:

1. Log into Spanning Backup as an admin user.
2. Click Settings.
3. Scroll down to API Token and click Generate API Token.
