Major Applications tab in the Excel Export, Full Detail and Asset Detail is not populated because the data collector did not successfully scan the machines for the installed applications.
The most common reason for these results is because the data collector was ran on a machine that does not have .net 3.5 installed.
Some machines have .net 3.5 and 4.x installed separately (see below). Make sure that .net 3.5 is installed/enabled on the machine you are running the data collector from and perform your scan again.
