Be sure you have current AuthAnvil backups of all the products (2FA, SSO, and Password Server). Once you are confident you have current backups, proceed with the Uninstall and then do an Install from the backups. Please see the guides below for each product.
You should always update in the following order.
- Two-Factor Auth.
- Single Sign On.
- Password Server.
Two-Factor Auth
Here is a link showing you how to backup 2FA - https://helpdesk.kaseya.com/entries/26572587, when you run the installer (after the uninstall) it will allow you to select to install with a backup. Use the .bup file previously created to complete the install.

Single Sign On

This will require a manual restore once SSO is installed.
Note: SSO v.4.5 should be installed by default when you install 2FA v5.5. if it is not the installer will be downloaded into "C:\Program Files\Scorpion Software\AuthAnvil Setup V5.5\".
