When adding a new Application form a Web Workflow you receive the error

Error:A Sync Agent must first be configured for Personal Vaults



When Web Workflows are added from the Single Sign On Portal using "Add new Application" .


The password information is saved in the Password Server in the users Personal vault. The Personal Vault is assigned to the Personal Scope.


The Personal Scope needs to have access to a Sync Agent to allow the Verification and Password change steps to synchronize.



Upgrade to Password Server v2.5 following this Guide.


AuthAnvil Single Sign On v4.x and newer & AuthAnvil Password Server v2.0.2 and older.
