To removal the 2FA requirement for your AutoTask Users please follow these Steps.
Un-assign members from using AuthAnvil for Two-Factor Authentication
- Log into Autotask.
- Click the Admin button.
- Open Employees/Resources.
- Browse to a resource that you would like to have use AuthAnvil authentication for Autotask login.
- Right-click on the resource, and choose Edit Resource.
- Click on the Security Tab
- Un-check the Require Two-Factor Authentication for this Resource checkbox.
- Click Save.
- Repeat steps 4 – 9 for every member who no longer requires the use AuthAnvil authentication.
Remove the AuthAnvil Server Settings
- Log into Autotask.
- Click the Admin button.
- Open System Settings.
- Scroll down to the Site Setup section, expand it if necessary.
- Delete the full AuthAnvil server name or IP address, including the http:// or https://, into the AuthAnvil Authentication Server URL field. eg: https://lab.scorpionsoft.com.

Delete your AuthAnvil Site ID into the AuthAnvil Site ID field.
- Click Save.
- Click OK on the dialog that pops up.
