Trying to delete users or unassigning tokens fails using the Chrome browser

Some users have reported that removing a 2FA user is failing in Chrome. The issue also appears when attempting to unassign a SoftToken.

Selecting the above functions as noted when using Chrome is preventing the click actions from completing. The issue is caused by a change that Google Chrome recently made in how it allows pop-ups on web-pages.

Note: This issue will not occur when using IE 10/11.

Our team has released a fix that will resolve this issue when using 2FA v5.5. Follow these steps to apply the hotfix.

1. Download the attached file.
2. Replace of the js file located in "C:\Program Files\Scorpion Software\AuthAnvil\AuthAnvilSAS\Manager\js"

This will correct the issue with the modal window when using 2FA v5.5.
