To configure Traverse in Single Sign On please follow these steps
- Log into the AuthAnvil Manager https://(Your Domain)/AuthAnvil/Manager/
- Select Single Sign On.
- Select Roles.
- Select Create new Role
Name the role Traverse Users.
Note: If you have other existing Roles for SSO users you can use one of these as well. - Select Save Changes.
- Select Single Sign On.
- Select Applications.
- Select Add new Application.
- Select Add a custom application.
- Give the Application a name.
- Select Add a custom application.
- Name the Application Traverse
- Select the Traverse role you designated in Step 4.
- Add the Traverse logo. (You can use the file attached to this article.
Attached to this article is a file you can use for the image. - Select Protocol Configuration.
- Choose SP-Init Redirect for the Protocol.
Update the Reply to URL: http://traverse.kaseya.com/ssoLogon.jsp
Note: This should be set to match your Traverse login. Replace traverse.kaseya.com with your actual Traverse FQDN. - Select Save changes.
- Select Single Sign On.
- Select Server Settings.
- Under Signing certificate select Show Certificate. The Encoded certificate will be needed for the Traverse configuration.
Note: Save this using a notepad document using a .CER file type. You will need this for the Traverse portion of the configuration.
To configure Traverse please follow these steps.
- Log into your Traverse instance.
- Select Super User.
- Select Global Config.
- Select Enable Sign Sign-On.
Paste in the SSO certificate for Identity Provider.
