Password Server Installation fails with Error "badly formated directory string"

When installing the Password Server it will fail and prompt to uninstall.

AAPSSetupLog.txt usually located in "C:\Program Files\Scorpion Software\AAPS_Setup_V25\" will show the following error:

CreateThirdPartySSOCert() Failed . badly formated directory string

There was a comma entered in the Organization name when the installation was done.

Remove the Comma from the Organization name when installing the Password Server.
