How can I disable unwanted AuthAnvil Users?

There are three possible locations that AuthAnvil users could be enabled.

1. 2FA Users. Open AA Manager > Users > select the user that does not need to be disabled > Set account status disabled. Then Select "Save changes". Next you will also want to unassign the SoftToken. Select Actions - Unassign token.
   
   
   
   
2. SSO Users. Open AA Manamger > Single Sign On > Select users that do not need to be enabled > Select "Disable Selected".
   
   
   
   
3. PWS Users. Open PWS > Users > Select user that does not need to be enabled > Set account Status - Disabled. Then select "Save Changes".
