LogMeIn (v4.0.0.982 as of this writing) will respect the WinLogon and WinLogonCP agents, and require an AuthAnvil Passcode to be entered at the Windows Logon screen before the user will be logged on. The only limitation to this is that the computer must be either locked or logged off when the LogMeIn session is established, otherwise the user will be directed to the currently logged on session without the need for a passcode.
