I have placed an order for SoftTokens, but did not receive my token import file immediately

Although SoftTokens are purely software, and there is no technical reason to prevent their auto-provisioning, Canadian government regulations on the export of cryptographic materials require us to verify that we are not sending cryptographic keys, etc. to countries that are on the government's blacklist.

Because of this, we track SoftToken orders and deliver them directly into your previously approved account. When your order has been completed and processed, you will see your Token Import File available for download in your Customer Portal (https://customer.scorpionsoft.com) account.
