What causes "Failed to backup SSO module. Error: running EXE failed with exit code 100"?

Backing up AuthAnvil 2FA v5.0.0.31 produces the following error.

Failed to backup SSO module. Error: running EXE failed with exit code: 100

Backing up SSO module error: running EXE failed with exit code: 100

Exit code 100 actually means that the SSO backup was successful. This error will not display in 2FA v5.0.0.33 or newer versions.
