Unable to change Customer Portal contacts after updating Admin Contact


When updating the contact email addresses in the Customer Portal (https://customer.scorpionsoft.com) you are unable to update the Billing and Technical contacts after the Administrative contact has been upgraded.


The Administrative Contact is the only login that has authority to update contact details. If all three contacts are being updated at the same time, the Administrative contact will be updated first. The Billing and Technical contacts will fail because the current account is no longer set as the Administrative contact and does not have authority to update the remaining details.


Log out of the Customer Portal and log back in with the new Administrative contact email address. This account will then have access to update the remaining contacts.
