Why can I not generate a Subscription Key in the Customer Portal?

During an AuthAnvil 2FA v4.x or older upgrade you may see the following warning. 

This account uses a legacy subscription password. You should generate a new subscription key and update it in all running instances of the AuthAnvil Licensing Manager.


When you log into the Customer Portal  https://customer.scorpionsoft.com/accounts as the Technical Contact and navigate to the Subscription Information tab, you will not be able to change the old style Subscription Password to a newer Subscription Key.



So how do you resolve this? Easy all you need to do is have your Administrator log in and complete the Subscription Key update.

Note: That if changing this Subscription Key will affect all AuthAnvil installations you manage.
