I never received my Token Import File after purchasing tokens

As of February 1, 2012, Token Import Files are no longer emailed out. Since these files are sensitive data and can be used by anybody to add tokens to their server we have provided a more secure and easily available method through the Customer Portal.

Using the Administrative Contact or Technical Contact for the account that purchased the tokens, log in at and click on Tokens. Once your order has been confirmed and processed you will see your tokens and orders available here.
