Tokens can be unlocked through the AuthAnvil Manager. All Site Administrators are sent an email whenever a user has locked their token, and whenever they try to log in with their locked token. The user who locked their token is also sent an email explaining this.
To unlock a token in AuthAnvil 3.5 and earlier:
- Log in to the AuthAnvil Manager.
- Click on "Users".
- Click on "Manage User" next to the user that has locked their token.
- Click on "Unlock Token".
To unlock a token in AuthAnvil 4.x:
- Log in to the AuthAnvil Manager.
- Click on "Users".
- Click on the user that has locked their token.
- Under the "Token Information" tab, the Token Status will be displayed. Click the dropdown menu and change the token status to "Enabled".
- Save the changes.
