Why does nothing happen when I update my Customer Portal account?

When you update the Admin/Billing/Technical contacts in the Customer Portal a State/Province must be specified.

This is a required field so if the region you are in does not use State/Province designation please use the common abbreviation for your city.

Example:

New York = NY

Paris= PAR

Hamilton=HAM
