BMS : Invoice doesn't show QTY of Hours when billing for retainer contracts.

Question: 

When billing a ticket using a retainer contract the number of hours is seen as zero in the Invoice.

Answer :

When you are posting an hour that is related to Retainer the system always puts the QTY = 0 because when you try to post this to QuickBooks or any integrated accounting system we can not control the total price as it is a calculated field. To get the total to be 0.0 either the QTY or the price has to be 0.00 so the design was to use QTY = 0.
