IT Glue widget in Kaseya BMS for Hardware asset has error: The record could not be found. It may have been removed or you do not have permission to view it.
The error happens when we have Asset category on BMS not matching with IT glue.
Edit the BMS RMM integration on VSA under Admin>Service desk>RMM integration>Asset mapping. Set it to Assign as Server or Workstation based on OS Type and Save the settings
Now, Re-import the Asset on Asset Synchronization on the same page.
In IT Glue, navigate to Account > Integrations > Kaseya BMS to review the data that you want to be synced between IT Glue and Kaseya BMS. Click the Save button to apply your changes.
Once done, Run Manual Sync on the ITglue for BMS Integration.
Once the Sync is completed, Click on Refresh to see the information IT Glue widget in Kaseya BMS.
