BMS Service Desk | Unable to see all work types on a ticket

Question:

I am unable to see the other defined work types in the drop-down when adding an individual entry on a ticket.

Answer : 

If the ticket has a work type defined on ticket level, it will be limiting the work-type for this ticket and this is why when adding a time entry it will only show the work-type set at the ticket level.
