Why am I unable to see any entries in contacts for an asset in the ITglue side panel?

Question: Why am I unable to see any entries in contacts for an asset in the ITGlue side panel?

Answer: The contact tab details are derived from the contact associated with the asset in the BMS. Once the contact is associated under  Service Desk > Hardware assets, data will be updated, synced and will now be associated with this asset.
