Question: How can I request a custom BMS/Vorex Invoice?
Answer: You can request a custom Invoice for BMS and/or Vorex through Kaseya Support. Simply create a support ticket via this link following these guidelines:
- Ensure to have Custom Invoice Request as your "Subject Line" for the ticket
- Include your Company Name
- Upload a copy of the mock-up for your Invoice or a screenshot (see attached .pdf for reference).
Note: Custom Invoices are custom work and will need to be planned to be put into our Development Cycle.
