KaseyaOne user permissions are grouped into three user roles Master, Billing, and User: 

• Master role- The user with this role has access to all actions in KaseyaOne, including adding and editing users, assigning user roles, managing billing information, requesting subscriptions and licenses, viewing invoice history, and viewing all company support tickets. 
• Billing role- The user with this role has access to managing billing information,  requesting subscriptions and licenses, viewing invoice history, and billing support tickets. A user with this role cannot add or edit users. 
• User role – The user with this role has access to their user information and their support tickets only.  A user with this role cannot add or edit users, nor access subscriptions and billing information.
