BMS Tickets | What does 'Occurrence Count' indicate in BMS tickets?

Question: What does the field "Occurrence Count" represent in a ticket?

Answer: Previously, if you had VSA RMM integration enabled with BMS, and if duplicate alarms were generated repeatedly multiple tickets were created. Now the "Occurrence Count" section is incremented as an indication of re-occurring alarms.
