ITGlue to BMS Sync fails if the Contact number is blank or N/A, it will not sync the contact.


When we are trying to import the contacts from BMS to ITGlue if the Phone Number field has N/A, it will not sync the contact.




When you are trying to sync contacts from ITGlue to BMS, the phone number field is a required field so it is needed for the contact to be synced.

If there is no number available for the contact you can update it as 111-111-1111, this will allow you to sync the contact with ITGlue.
