BMS-IT Glue Integration | Contact sync fails between IT Glue and BMS

Problem

When you are trying to sync contacts from BMS to IT Glue, if the Phone Number and Email fields are blank or has the word "N/A," the sync will fail.

Resolution

The Phone Number and Email fields are required fields in a contact. They cannot be null. They should have text for the contacts to be synced.

If there is no number available for the contact, you can choose 111-111-1111 as a false number. If there is no email available for the contact, you can enter something in the format of abc@xyzxyz.com as a false email ID. The sync will then be successful.
