BMS Reports | How to | Seeing time entries in a correct format in Ad-Hoc BMS reports

Problem

When I create an Ad-Hoc Report which user date and time components for example the "Time Entries" table, the "Start" and "End Time" formats are seen as Date in the output instead of Time.

Resolution

This is happening because the cells for the time entries have not been set to indicate that this should be in time format.

Steps

  1. Select the affected column, for this instance "Start/End Time" column.
  2. Right-click > Format > Date > choose any of the time formats.
    • Note: If this is on an Express Report, click on the format icon:

3. Run the report - this should now show the entries in time format.
