Question: When we are adding user resources with tasks. Nothing comes through under the availability of "Resources Utilization" - it keeps saying 100% availability. Why does this happen?
Answer: Just adding the users with the task will not show how much the resources are been used. You'd need to add the hours for which this user is allocated to the user:
- For adding hours you need to navigate to Projects > Resource Utilization
- Here you will select the task by double-clicking on the task itself:
- In the pop-up navigate to the "Members" tab and for the specific member add the hours:
- Once this is been updated you should be able to see the resource utilization of the user and the availability been used.
