Question
When we are adding user resources with tasks, nothing comes through under the availability of "Resources Utilization." It keeps showing 100% availability. Why does this happen?
Answer
Just adding the users with the task will not show how much resources have been used. You would need to add the hours for which this user is allocated to.
- For adding hours you need to navigate to Projects > Resource Utilization.
- In the pop-up navigate to the "Members" tab and for the specific member add the hours:
- Once this is been updated you should be able to see the resource utilization of the user and the availability used.
