Question
When I try to reset and email password for a user, emails are not sent.
Email is not found in Admin > Logs > Email Logs
Answer
Check if the user has any External Authentication Type such as Single Sing-On set in HR>Employees.
When you turn on External Authenticator type for BMS, reset password will not send an email out to the user because they can not use this password anywhere in BMS.
