BMS Employees | Password reset emails are not sent to a user in BMS


When I try to reset and email password for a user, emails are not sent.

Email is not found in Admin  > Logs > Email Logs


Check if the user has any External Authentication Type like SSO or MFA set in HR>Employees. 

When you turn on 2FA or choose any Authenticator type for BMS, reset password will not send an email out to the user because they can not use this password anywhere in BMS.
