System Information Audit is not using the kworking directory.

Question: While running a System Information audit via the Audit module, it is using the C:\temp folder rather than the Kaseya's working directory, kworking. Why is this?

 

Answer: There are a number of system procedures that download files into the temp folder and these are removed after the process runs through - which explains having the System Info audit run successfully, we need to have the C:\temp. This information is removed from the temp folder as soon as the procedures are run.
