BMS Service Desk | Contract field in the ticket is blank

Question: Why is that the "Contract" field in the ticket is blank?

Note: When we try to edit the contract the list of contracts will not be shown and it will be blank. 

Resolution: You will not be able to add the contracts to the tickets if the ticket Open Date is set to be before the contract start date. In this case, simply verify the ticket Open Date and make sure it is always set to be before the contract's open date.
