Posted time entries are not available for Billing when attempting to post an invoice. How can I fix this?
In the case of retainers, the Value of the hours is Zero. If the hours posted are Zero Value hours you will have to choose the flag “Bill Zero Value Items” on the Billing page as “Yes”.
The Billing entry must match the search filter parameters.
The visibility of the Zero Value hours is controlled by default setting defined under Admin > My Company > Company Settings > Invoice> Bill Zero Value Items. If this is specified as "Yes", then Zero value items will be then seen on the Billing screen:
