Issue: When creating a new RMM integration in BMS via Admin > Service Desk > RMM Integration Settings, it fails to save and returns an error code 500:
Cause: The Integrator Password used in creating this integration contains "<" or ">" tags. Example: Ka<S3y.a
Fix: Since BMS considers this a bad HTML tag causing the integration to fail, simply remove these tags from your Integrator Password and retry the setup. If that still doesn't work, get in touch with Kaseya Support via this link.
