BMS Service Desk | Ticket note says email sent by email parser instead of the contact


When a client replies to a ticket, Why does the note added to the ticket say "Email sent by email parser" instead of the Contact name?



Resolution - 

This happens when the email parser is unable to attach the sender's email address to any contact created in BMS. You will have to check if the contact is actually a part of your CRM > Contacts.
